Entrée of Tomato with White Brine Cheese

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 tomato
  • 100g white brine cheese
  • 3 fresh basil leaves (1 teaspoon of dried basil)
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Wash the tomato, slice and arrange decoratively on entrée size plate.
  2. Dice the cheese. Tear fresh basil, drizzle olive oil and season..
  3. Put the marinated cheese on top of the sliced tomato and serve.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves, and extra olive oil as desired.
