Mushrooms and Kashkaval au gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g mushrooms
  • Small onion
  • 150ml fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 200g grated Kashkaval
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Slice the mushroom and sauté them in a pan with chopped onion.
  2. Add the fresh cream mixed with the mayonnaise. Season and add the sour cream.
  3. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until the cream thickens.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and put the mushroom mixture in earthenware baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Kashkaval on top and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
