Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 2 cups yoghurt
- 2-3 cucumbers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5-6 sprigs of dill
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 7 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 50g ground walnuts
Preparation:
- Put the yoghurt in cheesecloth and let it drain.
- Dice the cucumbers into very small cubes, crush the garlic and chop the dill. Put the mixture in a bowl, add the salt and put in the yoghurt. Pour the cooking oil and mix it all together.
- Let the mixture rest in the fridge for an hour, then serve on a plate by placing 3 scoops in each plate using an ice cream spoon. Sprinkle the ground walnuts on top and garnish with the dill.
