Breakfast cream with crunchy oat flakes and orange

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 90g oat flakes
  • 100g sour cream
  • 400g yoghurt
  • 50ml Apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons of honey

Preparation:

  1. Peel the orange and remove the pits using a sharp knife. Cut it into large pieces.
  2. Peel and dice the apple, and pour the apple juice on top.
  3. Brown the oat flakes in preheated pan for 4-5 minutes and stir frequently so they do not burn.
  4. Mix the sour cream and the yoghurt together with the honey.
  5. Put a layer of the yoghurt mixture in suitable cups. Then put oat flakes, apples, some more yoghurt mixture and finish with the orange pieces.
